You've Done the Work.
Your Body Still Holds the Story.

Years of therapy helped you understand your patterns. Meditation calmed your mind. Yoga opened your awareness. But your body's integration with your mind is inconsistent. Your breath is still inconsistent. The fragmentation remains.

The Weight of
Unintegrated Healing

You've processed the trauma. You understand the patterns, but your body still holds tension. That massage yoga can't fully release.

Mind Healed, Body Guarded

You've processed the trauma cognitively. You understand the patterns. But your body still holds tension that massage, yoga, and breathwork can't fully release.

Exhausted by Starting Over

Another modality. Another practitioner. Another promise. You're tired of collecting techniques that don't integrate. You need something that goes all the way down.

Guiding Others, Lost Yourself

You help others find peace in their bodies—therapist, coach, teacher. But you can't access your own embodiment anymore. You need a teacher's teacher.

You're not broken. You're not beyond help. You've done profound work—it just hasn't been translated into the language your body speaks. That's what this work does.

This Isn't Another
Weekend Certification

For over 40 years, I've worked with people like you—seekers who've already done the work, who know the language of trauma and embodiment, who need depth and integrity, not another trendy modality.

You can't guide others deeper than you've gone yourself. This work comes from decades of practice, refinement, and honest grappling with the complexity of embodied transformation. It's lineage-based mastery, not a recent conversion.

This work acknowledges complexity. There's no spiritual bypassing here. No "good vibes only." No pretending healing is linear. Just honest, deep, embodied integration.

How Integration Unfolds

This isn't about adding another technique to your toolkit. It's about learning the foundational language your body speaks—so everything you've already learned can finally land.

1

Deep Recognition

We begin with your full story—not just the presenting symptom, but the years of work you've already done. What's helped? What hasn't? Where does your body still hold what your mind has processed?

You're seen, not fixed. This is collaboration, not correction.

2

Somatic Translation

Using Gravity & Grace principles, we translate what you know intellectually into what your body can feel somatically. This is gentle but profound work—creating safety for what's been held to finally release.

Most practitioners feel something shift in the first session—a softening, a dropping, a sense of "finally"

3

Nervous System Recalibration

We work with your nervous system's patterns—not forcing change, but creating conditions for natural regulation. Breath, movement, and subtle awareness converge to shift what's been stuck.

This addresses the root patterns, not just the symptoms

4

Embodied Integration

You receive practices tailored to your specific patterns—not generic exercises, but precise interventions that continue the integration between sessions. You learn to be your own practitioner.

Independence is the goal—you don't become dependent on me

Is This Your Work?

This work requires depth, discernment, and a willingness to go all the way down. It's not for everyone—and that's by design.

This IS your work if...

  • You've done years of therapy and inner work but still feel fragmented
  • You know the language of trauma, somatics, and nervous system but need help embodying it
  • You're exhausted by starting over with new modalities that don't integrate
  • You value depth, lineage, and practitioners with decades of refinement
  • You're seeking integration, not just another technique

× This is NOT your work if...

Questions from Seekers

How is this different from Somatic Experiencing / Feldenkrais / Rolfing I've already tried?

Those are all valuable modalities. This work doesn't replace them—it integrates them. Gravity & Grace provides the foundational language your body speaks, so everything else you've learned can finally land in your system.

Think of it as learning the syntax that makes all the vocabulary you've collected actually form coherent sentences. It's the missing translation layer.

I've spent so much already—what if this doesn't work either?

I understand that exhaustion. Here's what's different: This isn't another modality you're adding to your collection. It's the integration work that makes everything you've already invested actually land.

Most people who've been through as much as you have feel something shift in the first session—not "fixed," but recognized. Your sophistication becomes an asset here, not a barrier.

Can I trust this won't be retraumatizing or push me too hard?

Absolutely. This is gentle, trauma-informed work that honors your nervous system's pace. After 40 years, I'm sensitive to the way people move forward and when to encourage a pause. You're never forced, never gaslit, never told you're not trying hard enough.

Your body's wisdom leads. My role is to help you understand its language, not override its signals.

I help others (therapist/coach/teacher)—can I do this work while still practicing?

Yes. Many of my clients are practitioners themselves. This work enhances what you offer others while finally addressing what you've been holding yourself. There's no shame in needing a teacher's teacher—it's wisdom, not weakness.

You can't guide others deeper than you've gone yourself. This helps you go deeper.

Will I become dependent on you as a practitioner?

No. Independence is the explicit goal. You learn to become your own inner teacher. You learn to access your own inner teacher to read your body's signals, respond with wisdom and sustain the integration without the need for me.

This is about teaching you the language, not making you dependent on a translator forever.

What if I'm beyond help—what if I'm the problem?

The feeling that you're beyond help or that you're the problem—that's often what's been stored somatically. Your limitation isn't who you are; it's where you're at in this moment. And we have tools to work with where you're at.

You may not return to what you were or meet every expectation you hold, but you can grow from where you are now. This work addresses the gap between the belief you hold about yourself and the reality of your body's capacity to integrate and move forward.
